Manage the MEP delivery of a phased white-space fit-out while the first phase is already operational. You will bring design, procurement, installation, quality, commissioning and handover together without disrupting live service commitments.
What you would do
- Lead the MEP delivery plan from design release and procurement through installation, testing and client acceptance.
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection and specialist equipment interfaces across the work packages.
- Manage subcontractor progress, technical queries, change, risk, commercial reporting and recovery actions.
- Keep the handover sequence aligned with the operator's access, outage and readiness requirements.
What we need to see
- MEP project management experience on data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or other high-reliability facilities.
- A track record of delivering phased work adjacent to live operations or occupied technical space.
- Enough technical depth to challenge design, procurement and commissioning dependencies across both disciplines.
- Clear reporting and stakeholder management across client, consultant, trade contractors and site leadership.
