Lead the operator-side delivery of a multi-building campus from design development and procurement into construction, commissioning and operational readiness. You will provide a single delivery view across the contractor, consultants, utility interface and internal operations teams.
What you would do
- Set the programme strategy, governance, reporting cadence and decision path from early design through energisation.
- Direct the client-side project team and hold the main contractor and consultants to agreed scope, schedule, quality and readiness gates.
- Manage interfaces with utility, land, permitting, security, network, operations and commercial stakeholders.
- Prepare the operator for phased acceptance, operational takeover, training, documentation and future capacity releases.
What we need to see
- Senior delivery leadership across major data centre, industrial, infrastructure or similarly complex capital programmes.
- Experience managing contractors and consultants from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
- Strong commercial, risk, governance and stakeholder management capability at programme level.
- Willingness to work in a developing market and make decisions with incomplete but improving information.
